Download the .zip file in the latest release. Releases can be found here:
Find the zip in your Downloads folder, and open it. This can be done with WinRAR, 7zip, etc.
Select everything within the .zip file.
Extract it into your Titanfall2 directory.
On Steam this is:
Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Titanfall2
On Origin this is:
Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > Titanfall2
To avoid issues, launch regular Titanfall 2 then close it. Afterwards, open NorthstarLauncher.exe and you should be good to go.
